Grace and Gratitude is perfect for beginners and all levels. As you move slowly through the yoga postures, you will have an opportunity to connect to your breath, quiet your mind, and get to know how your body moves and feels in each pose. The breath meditation is a perfect mid-day practice. It helps you calm your mind through breath awareness and will leave you feeling focused and ready to complete your day. Yin Yoga- 38 minutes

Yin Yoga is perfect for beginners and all levels. Get quiet and still as you are guided through poses that will improve digestion and reduce anxiety. If you don’t have a yoga mat, all you need is a carpeted space as long as your body and as wide as your outstretched arms.

Gentle Yoga – 40 minutes

This gentle yoga class for the neck and shoulders is perfect for beginners and all levels. You will need a yoga block and a strap (use a bathrobe tie if you don’t have a yoga strap). We will relieve tension from the neck, stretch the shoulders and focus on breath awareness to leave you feeling relaxed.

Guided Meditation – 18 minutes

The guided meditation is the perfect way to begin or end your day. All you have to do is get comfortable and listen.

Breath Meditation – 7 minutes
