The well is symbolic of an abundant source that replenishes and nourishes your body. The Pilates Well is an abundant source where you can nourish your spirit, feel at home in your body, and move with confidence. 

The whole reason I practice Pilates is to help my body move better and feel better. Healthy movement is what keeps me committed to my personal practice. As a Pilates instructor, my main focus is to help people gain confidence in how their bodies move and feel.

When I considered putting a Pilates group together, it was important that I create a concept that feels positive and inspiring for each person. The Pilates Well is the result of my deepest desire to make Pilates positive and inspirational for you. My hope is that you will gather with me from the comfort of your home and embark on a journey of self care. Here are the highlights of your enrollment:

Small Group of Ten People

You will receive individual attention as you learn or reinforce the Pilates fundamentals and classical Mat work. Beginning with a private session, I will have the opportunity to get to know your body. I will offer personalized cues and reminders to keep each movement safe, appropriate, and empowering for your body. This personalized instruction will flow into all group classes, helping you progress with precision and good form.

Personalized Approach

As you focus on form and precision, you will gain confidence in how your body moves. With clear cueing and personalized support, you will gain strength and feel at home in your body. Having an instructor who wholeheartedly believes in your personal growth, will nourish your spirit and keep you connected to your practice.

Good for Everyone

Do you have the will and desire to move better and feel better? It doesn’t matter if you are skeptical about the Pilates Mat work or a seasoned practitioner, this program is for you. The Pilates Well will help you strengthen your connections, develop your confidence, and help your body move and feel better each and every day.

June 22-26: Pilates LIVE Group Class on Zoom from 8:00 -8:30 a.m. MST

June 29: The Pilates Well Group Celebration on Zoom from 8:00-9:00 a.m. MST
